Equitable Enhances EB360® Platform With Plan API and Error Reporting Through Employee Navigator

We’re excited to announce that Equitable has expanded their integration with Employee Navigator by adding two significant enhancements to its EB360® employee benefits platform: Plan API functionality and error reporting. The Plan API automates plan builds and simplifies enrollment setup, saving benefits brokers valuable time. The error tool provides transparency into integration errors, improving data quality and lowering administrative costs. Together, these enhancements provide brokers and employers with a more intuitive digital customer experience that drives end-to-end efficiency. The benefits of these enhancements include:

• Seamless, all-digital onboarding for all Equitable products
• Broker-centric plan building and auditing with Employee Navigator cases
• Ability to move from notification of sale to enrollment-ready in a matter of hours
• An all-digital claims process for supplemental health products
